The Bachelor´s thesis pursues the decisive issues of supporting structure of the building for fitness, rehabilitation and accommodation in Štíty. The thesis seeks to find the building – technological optimum for main construction works. The thesis includes technical report of the object, technological prescription, equipment construction, machinery , budget, timetable,inspection and test plan, work safety.

The aim of this work is the processing of the technological project for the ,,Skladová hala v Měříně“, which addresses the preparation and organization of construction. Construction technology the project involves the processing of time plans, economic evaluation, design of pumping sources for construction, working procedures, construction site equipment, and design of major machines and mechanisms. Further, it is processed a detailed technological regulation and inspection and test plan for a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton. All technological procedures are processed with regard to work safety and environment.

Campus MU Brno (green stage) - construction technological project

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project for the construction of the main processing stages University Campus Bohunice (green stage). It is a building consisting of nine pavilions which are mutually connected by two corridors. Corridors simultaneously combine green building stage with blue previous stage. All buildings are partial basement and three floors. Exceptions are SO IV-309, which consisted of four storeys with casing of an elliptic cylinder with a flat roof in the middle of the roof sheathing. In my thesis I deal specifically this very building object, which I discussed in terms of time, financial, technological progress bored piles and building equipment. Other portions are designed to project the whole building.

Preparation of realization of completion of clinical hematology, University Hospital Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.

Valuation of damage caused by a lightning strike to a house in the village of Šebetov

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the amount of indemnity for damage caused by a lightning strike to a house in the village Šebetov. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts, associated with the topic. Furthermore, the approach of valuation of assets and insurance. The practical part uses theoretical knowledge addresses a specific case. First, the location is described, house and insured event (natural event – flash). Following the calculation of the time value immediately before the insured event, further costs are quantified to repair the damage incurred and then is detected current value after repairs. At the end, there is comparison of the time price comparisons of costs incurred for repairs and evaluation of the agreed sum insured in the insurance contract.

The subject of this thesis is a construction technology project object Yacht Club Hlučín. The basis for the elaboration of this work is the diploma thesis from Ing.Radim Kučera - Yacht Club Hlučín. This thesis includes technical report construction technology project, coordinating the situation with the construction of wider relations of routes for transportation of main materials, time and financial plan of the construction according to the technical-economic indicators, drawing building equipment, scheduling, inspection and test plan, technological regulation for the implementation of the gross substructure, itemized budget and the plan for OSH implementation in Yacht club Hlučín.

Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation

This diploma thesis called Problematics of the Determination of the Value of Constructions for Sport and Recreation deals with the finding of a possible difference between the price of the delivery of the building and the value of the building. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines value and price and then describes the possibilities of determining the price of the construction. In the practical part the offer price is analyzed and based on the market comparison the value of the selected building for sport and recreation is determined. The selected building for sport and recreation is a newly built wooden building in the village of Loučná nad Desnou. The aim of this thesis is to determine the price of the delivery of the building, its comparison with the determined value and after that to assess the existence of any difference.

The Trutnov Hospital, Pavilion B - The gross superstructure

The subject matter of the bachelor’s thesis is the structurally technical resolution of the gross superstructure of a pavilion B, which is situated in the area of the Trutnov hospital. The pavilion consists of a four-storey ferroconcrete monolithic framework. The thesis contains a technical report, a report of the construction site equipment, the traffic stance in the surroundings of the construction site, the solution of the traffic alinements for the transport of materials, a draft of a mechanical assembly, a technological prescription of the monolithic structures, an adjudication of a crane and a concrete pump, a safety and a health protection at work, the environmental protection, the inspection and test plan, a timetable, the budget of the gross superstructure and a resource limit.
